Great fish and chips, great price. Just ask for crispy fries. Community place to go. Owners friendly. Willing to help the community.
Servers were rude as hell...we had to seat ourselves and no one even asked us a single question for 10 mins when I spoke up and asked a server who's table was this(there were 3 servers) she said she was sorry and asked us what we wanted to drink and another server told her to leave us alone and go back to her tables in a snappy voice..the same server that took our drink order did come back and get a dinner order and now we have been waiting for 30 mins to even get our food and it still is not to our table...service sucks will not be returning ever!!!!
The owner is very rude. We went in and the server told us it would be a 30min wait. No problem. We waited and after and hour an half we only seen 4 orders come out of the kitchen. Our server came back and said they lost our ticket (now it's closing time) and we seen the owner sit down 15 mins prior. He didn't acknowledge the family that waited 1 1/2 hours for their meal and two of them got the wrong order. He didn't acknowledge the couple behind us that waited over an hour. He didn't acknowledge us who had been waiting and now waiting for nothing! He definitely needs a lesson on customer service and how to treat his employees!
Came back here 14 years after I move from Carrabelle. Food was delicious.
